Here you will find the parts that keep them running: carburettors and caps, complete clutches and clutch plates, air filters, gaskets and full gasket sets, spark plugs, starters and ignition parts, exhausts, pistons and cooling parts. Original Honda and OEM parts are marked as such in the title. Keeping a small stock of the most common wear parts means a kart never stays out of service for long.

Parts for four-stroke kart engines

Many rental and leisure karts use single-cylinder four-stroke engines such as the Honda GX160, GX200, GX270 and GX390, or compatible engines based on the same design. Many parts are interchangeable with these compatible engines, but always check the engine model and capacity before ordering. Original and OEM-quality parts keep the engine reliable, and a fleet that uses the same engines can keep a small stock of the most common parts.

Engine maintenance

Regular maintenance keeps a rental engine reliable for many hours. Change the oil according to the hours of use, clean or replace the air filter often, especially on dusty tracks, and check the spark plug, the carburettor settings and the clutch. Gaskets and seals should be replaced whenever the engine is opened. Keeping a maintenance log for every kart helps you plan parts and spot problems early.

Carburettor and fuel mixture

The carburettor mixes air and fuel in the right proportions for the engine. Dirt in the fuel, worn gaskets or a loose mounting cause unstable idle, loss of power and starting problems. Clean the carburettor regularly, use a fuel filter and replace the gaskets and insulator when you remove it. Make sure the throttle linkage moves freely and returns fully.

Clutch

The centrifugal clutch engages the drive as the engine revs rise and disengages at idle, so the kart can stand still with the engine running. Worn shoes or plates cause slipping, overheating and loss of acceleration. Check the clutch regularly, keep it clean and lubricated as specified by the manufacturer, and replace worn parts as a set.

Ordering from Go Kart Center

Since 2010 in Thessaloniki, we recommend parts and equipment based on real use on our own track.
