1) Privacy

For the use of this website, some personal information of the users is required. The Company takes all reasonable measures to safeguard Personal Data, which are subject to Greek legislation (N.2472/97), binding provision or contract, which defends principles for fair handling and an adequate degree of protection of Personal Data.

The company undertakes that all personal data, which enters its website, will not be used inappropriately, will not be sold or in any way granted to third parties. In particular, based on the current legislation, the company has the right in the context of its activity to keep a customer file, which it may not share with any third party or carry out any processing thereof.

2) Payment methods
The payment methods for an order are as follows:

A. Cash on delivery
The payment amount is paid to the courier employee at the time of delivery of the package.

Cash on delivery has an additional charge.

(The amount always includes the transport costs because if the parcel is sent at your own expense the cost is much higher.)

Select Pay Pal as your payment method.

At the end of the order when you select “COMPLETE PURCHASE” you will be taken to the PAY PAL site where you can use your credit or debit card to make the payment, without necessarily having a Paypal account.

Γ. By deposit to a bank account.

By placing an order through the site and choosing the “bank deposit” payment method, your order will be put on hold until you make the deposit.
In the bank’s depository, you must write your full name as a reason.

It is good that the deposit is within 2-3 days from the date of the order otherwise after a week your order is considered cancelled.

SECURE TRANSACTIONS

All payments made using a card are processed through Alpha Bank’s “Alpha e-Commerce” electronic payment platform and uses TLS 1.1 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

3) Product shipments
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours or the next working day with a partner courier company.
For purchases of any product over €50, shipping is free.
For smaller purchases, the shipping cost is €2.00.

In case of a change of the product, it is necessary to contact the order manager where it is agreed to send the product by courier to the address of the store accompanied by the sales document and within a maximum of 15 days from the issuance of the document. A necessary condition for any change is that the product is in the condition you received it, without its packaging having been opened.
It is noted that the return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
It goes without saying that in case of wrong shipments where the company is responsible, the transport costs are borne by our company and not by the customer.
The customer is under no circumstances obliged to receive packaging that is damaged or opened during transport. In case of acceptance of the parcel by the customer, the company has no obligation to change any damaged item or replace any loss since the goods by any means of transport always travel at the sole responsibility of the customer.
Our company is obliged to honor the guarantee given by the respective agency on branded items and to replace any defective product. In this case the product is replaced without any charge on the part of the customer.
• The presentation of the original purchase document is a necessary condition.

RETURN POLICY

The retail customer has 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to withdraw and return the product in its original condition, without giving reasons. His only charge is the cost of returning the product.

4) Product Prices
All prices presented in our catalogs include VAT 24%. These prices refer to the quantities available in our warehouse, while Go Kart Center reserves the right to adjust the prices of the products it has.

5) Newsletters
The newsletters that the visitor/user of the website services receives by registering in the mailing lists are the intellectual property of the Go Kart Center company and are therefore protected by the relevant provisions of Greek legislation and international conventions. The company Go Kart Center reserves the right not to register a person in the recipient lists or to delete them from them. The company can keep a file with the e-mail addresses of the recipients for the sending of other informative messages in addition to the Newsletters, unless the recipient does not wish to do so and declares it to the company.
