Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days of payment confirmation. For Thessaloniki and major cities, delivery usually takes place the next working day after dispatch; in remote areas it may take an extra 2–3 working days.

Returns & exchanges
You have 15 days from receipt to return or exchange, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging and with all accessories.
- For size exchanges on helmets, suits and gloves, we cover the cost of the new shipment
- For returns due to withdrawal, return shipping costs are borne by the customer
- Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the product, via the same payment method
- Products with visible signs of use or without their packaging will not be accepted
